Who are you and what is your mission?
We are Saari, an international startup. With extensive hospitality experience, we know the pain of short-term rental hosts well. Saari takes over the endless answers to the same questions, improves your guests' stay and frees up to 80% of your time.
What does Saari mean?
Saari is Finnish for «island». We wanted to give an island of calm to those tired of the constant stress of short-term rentals: notifications in the middle of the night, endless boiler explanations and late check-ins.
How does the concierge learn the rules of my apartment?
After signing up, you fill in Wi-Fi, house rules, address, nearby places and instructions once in your dashboard. The concierge answers strictly from this data. When guests ask about something that isn't there, you'll see it in «What the concierge doesn't know» and can add an answer.
What if a guest writes nonsense or tries to break the bot?
Saari is a concierge with character. It politely and with humor brings off-topic chats back to the stay, and it recognizes and rejects manipulation attempts. Such messages never bother you.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. The QR code opens the concierge right in the phone's browser. Guests who prefer Telegram can continue there.
What if a guest speaks neither English nor Russian?
The concierge replies in the language it's written to: Chinese, Arabic, German, Turkish and dozens more. The interface is available in English and Russian.
